Session 2. Taste profiling 5 single origin cacao’s
            By origin, varietal and post harvest  ferment, drying
secondary ferment and conche flavour development process

                    of wine to cacao on flavour , aroma and texture
Discover the flavour enhancing effect of cacao in revealing the
 complex flavours of wine.
Through the links both wine and chocolate have from the flavour
and aroma compounds developed during the fermentation process .
